Lizzo is proving herself to be more than just a flash in the pan.
The singer, who released her debut album Cuz I Love You earlier this year, won a few news fans with her epic performance of 'Truth Hurts' at this year's BET Awards - including none other than Rihanna, who gave Lizzo a well-deserved standing ovation.
Dressed in bridal sportswear and surrounded by fabulous back-up dancers, Lizzo whipped out a flute towards the end of her performance, sending Rihanna to her feet in a blink-and-you'd-miss-it display of support.
And people were loving it.
"Rihanna giving Lizzo a standing ovation is MY ENERGY TONIGHT!!" One fan tweeted.
"Rihanna just gave Lizzo her approval," another wrote.
"I smell a Fenty collab coming soon."
It's the perfect example of legends supporting legends - and we're here for it.
