The bus driver who crashed and killed 10 people in June last year following a wedding in the Hunter Valley has received a prison sentence of 32 years. He will serve a minimum of 24 years behind bars. Brett Andrew Button wept in court while apologising for the hundreds of peoples’ lives he says he’s ruined, and says he will never forgive himself. The judge found that he'd abandoned responsibility to his 35 passengers, and said he hopes the sentence may bring some closure.
