Thai cave: Second rescue mission underway

The bid to free the nine remaining members of a football team trapped in a flooded Thai cave has entered its second day.

Eight boys and their football coach who remain trapped in a flooded cave in northern Thailand are awaiting rescue.

Thai authorities said the rescue operation resumed for a second day at 11am local time (2pm AEST) and is expected to end by 9pm (1am AEST).
