Avi Suman Kaur and her family have been living in Dandenong South from last 10 years.

They had a very bitter experience early this week as their luxury Mercedes car was stolen from their secured garage.

Ms Kaur told that she fears for her family's safety after thieves stole her car then returned to flaunt the theft several times.

“I left my children in Cranbourne because they [offenders] know my address. For me, my children’s safety comes first,” said Ms Kaur.

She told Seven News that offenders had her car for five days and police said they could do nothing about it.

‘It been five days we’ve been telling police they been driving around locally and police did nothing....feeling devastated,” said Avi Kaur in a Facebook post.
“In last five days, we contacted police six times in person and also by calling triple zero."
“Our etag was used as the offender was driving the car locally. The car was spotted more than four times but police did nothing.

“Police could have got that person very easily. But they wanted to for something big to happen which did and then they had helicopters flying around to find the man.

The car was used in a convenience store robbery before it was dumped.
