How exciting was to watch Indonesia vs Australia together with Indonesian community in Victoria?

Indonesia and Australia met in the 3rd round of Asian Qualifier for the 2026 World Cup on September 10 at the Gelora Bung Karno stadium, Jakarta.

This match certainly attracted enthusiasm from Indonesians living in Australia. A restaurant called The Daily Angkringan in Coburg, Victoria invite the community to watch the match.

Around 30 people came to the restaurant. They could also enjoy food and soft drinks sold by the restaurant to accompany them in enjoying the excitement of the match.

The match was exciting, Australia often created opportunities. However, Indonesia's strong defense and a lot of saves made by their goalkeeper, Maarten Paes, made the match end in a goalless.

The draw puts Indonesia in fourth place with two points from two draws. Meanwhile, Australia is one rank below. Indonesia will meet again in Australia on March 20, 2025.
