Now, up to seven mobile food trucks have started parking and functioning on a vacant block next to his Indian restaurant.
Dhananjay Mehra says his car park is used by food truck patrons not only to park but also to throw their rubbish and sometimes as a toilet.

Dhananjay Mehra says he has sometimes found "truck staff and consumers are relieving their bowels at the back of the premises along the fence line."
It is the same story with many food truck operators in Melbourne.
Binda Gokhale, the council's Acting Director of Corporate Services, also told The Age that concern over the trucks near Dhananjay Mehra's restaurant has led the council to increase inspections.
Wyndham Council’s Acting Mayor Gautam Gupta says they will soon release a draft policy on food trucks.
Gautam Gupta further adds that Wyndham's new policy on the businesses will eventually help everyone.
Local community leader Jasvinder Sidhu says – “The food trucks represent change of social scene in Wyndham Indian community. If regulated and monitored properly this can become vibrant place for community meet ups.”
