The Australian Prime Minister made special mention of the Orthodox Churches that will hold services during the Easter period in Australia. Churches at Easter will serve as workplaces, with a larger number of people, such as chanters, being able to attend the ceremonies. This does not mean that they will be open to the faithful.

Orthodox churches in Australia during Easter will be concidered a workplace so that services can be held properly. This does not mean that the churches will be open to the faithful, said Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison, but only to those who are needed to perform the Divine Liturgy.

Where, for example, chanters are needed to perform, more people will be able to be present, as long as they observe the government rule of 4 sq.m. per person.
