Set a new dessert PB with these peanut butter recipes

From rich brownies to a twist on tiramisu, a swirl (or more!) of peanut butter makes all of these desserts extra-delish.

We don't anticipate ever being able to pick a winner from smooth versus crunchy - but we are quite sure that for peanut butter lovers, there's a new dessert 'PB' in this list of indulgent ideas.

"These brownies are incredible: the perfect pick-me-up or treat for someone you love. Cook a lot - everyone will want some," says Clare Scrine of her next-level brownie recipe, which features a hefty swirl of crunchy peanut butter. Scrine suggests eating them with a glass of cold milk. Sounds like a perfect match to us.

Banana and peanut butter ice-cream with cashew brittle

Sarah Graham was inspired to make this decadent ice cream during a visit to Zimbabwe, but we reckon it's at home anywhere. Preferably right in front of us, with a spoon handy.

Peanut butter chocolate bark

Chocolate and peanut butter are made for each other - so of course, the Queen of Chocolate, Kirsten Tibballs, has some excellent ways to pair the two. This three-ingredient recipe is great served with coffee, or used as decoration for ice cream, cakes or desserts.

This twist on the classic comes from Giada De Laurentiis, who says she loves the combination of raspberry jam with peanut butter.
