In beautiful country Tasmania, about 60 minutes south of Hobart, you’ll find . This is a working family farm run by chef Matthew Evans and his wife Sadie Chrestman. They live here, grow their own produce and raise their own livestock, and now they are looking to share it all as they open bookings for others to take part in the learning and feasting of their farm.

Matthew and Sadie will be sharing their love of food and local produce through their  as well as their , which will be hosted on the property. The terrific trio from  - Matthew Evans, Nick Haddow and Ross O'Meara - are making a cooking comeback to Fat Pig Farm as each of them will run their own regular cooking classes and share all their skills along the way. 1. Milk.made: cheesemaking

Alchemist and cheesemaker Nick Haddow, from Bruny Island Cheese, will introduce you to the wonder of making your own cheese (and other stuff out of milk), followed by a farmhouse feast.
