10 times chocolate and peanuts were a perfect match

It’s a love affair that goes way back, and one we wish to celebrate.

Some things were destined to go together and chocolate and peanut definitely fall into this category. This combo results in a collection of wicked treats, proving that chocolate and peanuts are indeed a match made in dessert heaven.
The classic parlour dessert from your childhood is one of the original team-ups of peanuts and chocolate, and still a winner in our book. This version ups the ante with homemade honey and peanut wafers and caramelised honeyed bananas, but still hits all the nostalgic high notes.

You may know it as the caramel slice, but this one adds salted peanuts to the mix to create salty-sweet-crunchy magic under a gooey chocolate top.

A semifreddo is a semi-frozen Italian dessert - it's like ice cream, but lighter.  This version coats the peanutty goodness of the semifreddo in a cracking shell of chocolate.

White chocolate joins the fold in these playful dessert dumplings, coated in a coconut and peanut praline crumb!

The addition of peanut butter to these biscuits gives them even more richness (and a hit of protein) but if you really want to go all-out, add a cup of chopped dark chocolate to the dough.
